With deep roots in the Ministry of Defence (MoD) and public service, our journey began with one individual who saw a gap: the need for consultancy that wasn’t just about advice but about assured delivery and real solutions.

Our founder, transitioning from military service, started as an independent consultant, applying the discipline, problem-solving, and leadership instilled in him from his time in defence. As he built a network, he didn’t just look for skills, he looked for attitude over aptitude, knowing that the right mindset could drive transformation far beyond technical ability. This belief became the backbone of MMCG’s growth, bringing together a team that shared a commitment to delivering real customer value.

From the beginning, MMCG challenged the traditional consultancy model.
