Social Value
We are proud partners of GoodWork, a non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering young people from lower socioeconomic backgrounds with the training, mentorship, and opportunities they need to thrive in their careers. 
Through this collaboration, we have taken on two interns over the past two years, who have stayed on to become permanent members of our team.
 

The GoodWork programme trains, supports and places entry-level candidates in roles with inclusive employers who know the strength that diversity brings. We believe that we as an organisation have a responsibility to ensuring we have a diverse workforce, ensuring that talent from all walks of life has the chance to shine.
